Terrific magnifying mirror, perfect for travel – Very pleased with the purchase. I wanted a mirror for travel, to put on makeup and also to check the back of my hair in the hotel room bathroom. I just returned from a month-long trip with many plane and train trips and the mirror worked very nicely. It’s portable folded up and stuffed between layers of clothing in my suitcase, and it’s very sturdy and thick while still being lightweight. The magnifying mirror is fantastic for doing eyeliner and brows. It’s so much better than my wall-mounted magnifying mirror at home that I’m now using it all the time, not just for travel. I can hang it on a hook by its handle or set it up on a table by folding the handle back. The regular mirror side is just the right size for a good view of the back of my hair, and the handle is rigid and stays in position when upright. It even has a little drawstring bag for travel.

strong even at 10x – pretty strong and I need to hold it at about 9 inches away and focus 1 eye at a time to use. probably good for travel because of size its 6 inches wide. A bigger mirror at least 8 inches would be easier to use

Sharp images and easy to hold – When I started needing a little more magnification in order to see certain areas on my face more clearly, my decision to get the Miss Sweet Folding Hand Held Mirror was a great choice. From the first time I used this product, I was truly amazed at how much sharper everything looked, and I could see where a place required some extra attention so much better. Regardless of what I need to do, every spot is amazingly distinct, thus making my daily routine take less time. Both sides of the mirror give a detailed image of whatever is looked at, as there is no distortion of features at all. Even light-colored hairs show up with the 10x magnification, so getting rid of them is less of a challenge now. The regular side comes in handy when checking out details which require no enlargement. Its handle works well when I want the mirror to stand on its own, while it also makes for a convenient hand-held when desired. The size is big enough to see anything that needs inspecting, so there is less time spent looking for problems by moving the mirror all around. It comes well-packed, making the chance of breakage minimal, too. I have used this mirror for several months and have been pleased with all aspects of it. The lower price than other similar products makes this a fabulous buy.

I really love this mirror – I bought this mirror to take on an out of state trip but after receiving it, I decided it was a little too big, to pack in my suitcase. Don’t take my word for it though, it might be just the right size for you. That doesn’t mean I don’t love it for other uses though. It gives you a very clear reflection even at 10x magnification. Right now I’m using it to apply makeup, since my eyesight isn’t what it use to be. The folding handle makes it very easy to hold on to and I love that it folds up when not in use. I wish it was a little smaller for packing but I’m not sorry I purchased it. It’s high quality and well worth every cent I paid for it.
