Good Product – I have both 2C waves and 3A curls, and so I chose the curly product over the wavy. My pictures are 4 day old hair refreshed with water/scrunching only. Did this product define my curls? Yes. Make my hair crunchy? No. Help with frizz? Eh, not really. Still looking for something that tames the frizz. I don’t think it’s a one-product-fix wonder, but to be fair I did not use the shampoo/conditioner in addition to the curl cream. It’s still a good product, and much cheaper than the Aveda curl cream I had been using. Not greasy, lightweight, and a very faint floral scent. Much better than your average curling cream. I should also note that I have alopecia which results in a very sensitive scalp and have to use products sparingly, but this product did not seem to irritate my condition.

Great Curls – Too easy to use more than you should. If you do, your hair ends up pretty sticky and feels like you haven’t washed it in a week or so. However, with just the right amount, it does make great curls. You just have to experiment to find what amount is best for you.

This is second day hair! – I saw approximately 47168 Facebook ads doe this and finally broke down and tried it. I wasn’t overly impressed when using it on freshly washed hair-it smells nice, but it looked almost exactly like how my current routine ends up after my hair has dried. BUT! And this is where the four stars come from-second day hair and even THIRD day hair is where this product really shines. Spray your hair damp, add 4 or 5 quirts, scrunch and diffuse again and you’re back to looking like you just washed it! It doesn’t leave any residue and my hair is dark so any residue is super noticable.

I’ve never used a product that came anywhere close to how great this stuff is in making my natural curls bounce. It is activated with water so make sure your hair is really wet when you apply it. I then scrunch and clip my hair up to create some extra volume while I do my makeup. I love it! Buy it and thank me later! I’m putting another order in now.

I would advise people to not use it up close to your scalp because it works so well that it actually can make your hair look rather flat. Apply it to inches out from your scalp all the way down to your ends. This will take out the fuzz, but keep your hair having volume up near your scalp.
