    BUY THIS ONE – First of all, it has a case- which I love!! Honestly why would you buy one without a case? Kinda gross if you think about it. Secondly, it comes with an extra xtra roller which is cool because maybe your partner or roomie or guest would also like to ice roll. Sharing is caring people.

    Perfect Roller put in freezer! – I love this roller. It stays cold for a long time you can massage if your muscles are aching or use it for a wake up in the morning I just think this is the best! It really helped my shoulder when I had shoulder surgery they want you to massage your scar and I found this very helpful. And If have a headache I can roll it on my forehead also -definitely would recommend this product.
